Tools to set us up to feel good about dealing with burnout when it happens

Nestled into the valley in Bow, Washington near Bellingham is a tranquil garden and yoga studio. Together, we'll go through several beginning yoga practices led by Brandon who has his 200-hour yoga teacher certificate.

In addition, we'll spend time journaling and in guided mediation to prepare ourselves for the coming season.

We created it with anyone in mind who deals with clients and burnouts. We're in the wedding industry so some things might be geared towards that, but all are welcome!

Is this just for people in the wedding industry?

There are yoga mats available, but if you have your own, bring it! There are also bolsters and blankets to make things more comfortable. 
We'll provide a journal and pen, but feel free to bring your own if you want.
Wear comfy clothes! 
Bring a water bottle.

Absolutely! Every move is for a beginner and can be modified even further to fit everyone's needs.
